What should I be working on?

For each resource we present a prioritised digital work queue driven by the latest schedule released from the Seiki Scheduler or your existing ERP/APS system. This means shopfloor users don’t have to wait or search for the next job, can make informed decisions, and work in a more agile way.

  • Operation panels provide critical target information and any work instructions
  • WIP Booking controls allow people to confirm the start and completion of each operation, as well as enter part counts and scrap reasons
  • Attach files, add comments and view audit trails, contributing to an enriched production history
  • Link through the digital batch card to view the full works order routing
  • Send and record first off inspections

Where are the job details and work instructions?

For each operation we can deliver a digital jobpack containing all the latest, approved production data and documentation paperlessly to the operator on the shopfloor – all the information they need to complete the job on a specific resource.

  • Directly accessible from the operation panel, there’s no need to search for the job information
  • Jobpacks are available on the shopfloor as soon as they are released by your Engineering team, eliminating any delays
  • Part revision controls ensure that operators are only working with the latest approved file versions
  • Providing your team with all the contextual information they might need to complete a job helps empower them
  • User permission controlled NC program transfer helps to minimise the risk of costly errors

Feedback and collaboration

  • A configurable monitoring status matrix means the downtime codes can be tailored to your needs
  • Monitoring logic and prompts encourage users to enter downtime reasons, helping them to ensure the correct status is set
