It reflects any changes as soon as they are saved, helping to ensure everyone is working to the latest priorities defined by your planning department.
You can leave instructions for the Operator against each operation record and if you have our Jobpack module then you can deliver complete digital Jobacks, containing approved, revision controlled production documentation and NC programs. This eliminates any delays (and costs) incurred from producing paper copies and physically distributing them. Critical if you are frequently making changes.
It works both ways! Any WIP bookings made by the Operator can be passed back to your planning system, as well as being visible to all Seiki AIR Analytics users, to ensure everyone knows the live status of every Works Order and Operation. Essential when you need to keep customers informed of progress and to have an accurate view of your current capacity, ready to schedule new work.

Operators confirm the start, pause and completion of each operation on the work queue. In the Seiki Scheduler this insight can be used to understand the ripple effect of any delays across the entire workload.
Each of these events is captured in real-time and displayed on dashboards so you can keep customers informed of progress.
If our Monitoring module is also licensed, you can track live progress against planned Setup and Run times.
You have the ability to track First Off Inspections. If failed, the operation is graphically stamped to highlight the delay.
Operation and Inspection comments enrich records, improve communication and enhance information sharing, making it easier to know exactly what’s happening without having to walk around the shopfloor.
