To get the best out of your investment in your Seiki software you need to be able to use it comprehensively and take advantage of all the benefits that it can derive for you and your business. This is where our training solutions come in. Whether you wish to train new members of staff or simply further develop your understanding of the system we will have a training solution for you.
We take a role-based approach to our user training, so that it’s centred around the practical application of the software. This helps to ensure your team has the tools and resources needed, not just to do their job, but to perform it well.
Our standard training courses can be conducted either on site, online or a blended approach.
All training courses are conducted by a member of our highly experienced team who have been specifically trained to address a wide range of questions regarding Seiki software. All Seiki engineers also benefit from extensive experience implementing manufacturing systems within manufacturing organisations.
Seiki offer a number of introductory courses which provide a solid foundation of knowledge for all system users, including system configuration and administration as well as covering technical issues such as machine communications. Advanced courses are suitable for users who already have a good understanding of the system and are particularly relevant for system administrators or those with specific roles looking to advance their knowledge of the software.
If you have specific training requirements Seiki are able to create a complete bespoke training programme to suit your needs. Simply contact our office to discuss your requirements further with one of our Trainers.
A suitable member of staff should always be appointed as a system admin
