New Features in Latest Release

The latest software release of Seiki AIR (1.2) includes new features and enhancements designed to improve visibility and data entry accuracy, and to provide users with additional insights to help tackle productivity losses. Full details will be available in the Release Notes section of the system Help (accessed via the top bar menu).

Workload View

The new Workload view for Analytics users will improve visibility of the current planned schedule of work across all resources. It’s been designed to provide a visual summary of the status of each operation queued to a resource, and is ideal for monitoring any delays that could affect your ability to meet delivery dates.

Voted for by customers attending the AIR Insights event last September as the feature they would prioritise on our development roadmap.

Notification that a resource is running with no active operation

Resource Running with no Active Operation

To help prevent scenarios where a machine is running but the operator has not started an operation on the work queue, additional pop-ups and banners have been introduced to the Shopfloor user screen that will not clear until acknowledged. These additional prompts and warnings are designed to help support accurate data collection and performance analysis.

Non-Conforming Parts Report

A enhanced non-conforming parts report screen is available for users with an Analytics role and will now be available in Monitoring only OEE systems.
